Fog Light Bezel Removal

I'm looking to paint the silver fog light bezel but can't figure out how to remove it. It doesn't seem to screw off and I can't locate any visible clips either.

Does anyone have any insight?

Un-clips but you will probably need to remove the fog lamp holder from the rear to get at them unless you can get your fingers / screw driver in....

You can pull the whole ring and black plastic part of the fog light out from the front, then remove the ring from there. The actual light can stay. What color are you going for? If painting it black I recommend painting both parts so they match.

Probably black plastidip. I know I can tape and peel but figured it would probably be easier to remove given the shape and location.
