yes yes, it may seem like the anti performance title. But i have an 01 with an automatic. Now I'm trying to work with i got and not do a swap.
Does anyone know where I can get a shift kit or some sort of performance from my auto. This is my daily driver and i drive in heavy traffic, thus I'm not looking at do a manual swap. I just want something that will shift a bit better and be able to handle some additional power.

I've heard to do a trans swap, you have to change out completely the engine and the ecu due to significant differences. thats why I'm looking for some upgrades to the auto.....
if i wanted to get another car its going to cost me a bit more you see....

No, the engine is the same. The trans itself would not be that expensive but you also have to consider that you will need a third pedal, and a different shifter, as well as the labor cost to do all the work unless you plan to DIY as well.
Put in a cold air intake, a cat-back exhaust, shift what you got manually and call it a day.
