Rear off side window doesn't work

Hi
Having a spot of trouble with the rear off side passenger window.
I am un able to open and close it using the drivers door switch or with the keyfob.
the rear window door switch operates fine.

I would be grateful if anyone can point me in the right direction?

Mazda 5 Sport, 56 (06) plate 2.0L

I have just tried the Window reset..
Lower window all the way down using the switch on the door with the problem, then raising it
back up and when fully up hold switch for 2 to 5 secs.

I think I'll try that. Hope its the same software on this side of the Pond.
