I am currently diagnosing an engine code P0171 in my car. I've been using my scangauge II to monitor fuel trim and I've been noticing a very high number for long term fuel trim, as high as 20 or 21. So from my knowledge, the car is adding too much fuel due to an air leak somewhere. I am planning to do a smoke test after the fourth and I was wondering if someone could explain to me, or show me a picture, of the vacuum line to insert the smoke machine??? I have a 2008 Mazda 3 by the way. Any help is appreciated! Thank you!
