The new Yaris is a rebadged Mazda2 (hatch), just like the Scion iA is a rebadge Mazda2 sedan. However, the Scion iM that you posted pictures of is a Toyota through and through, with no relations to Mazda at all. In RoW, it is known as the Toyota Auris, which is basically a Corolla hatch. As the Scion iM, it even uses the same Corolla 1.8L engine.
