I currently own a 2010 mazda cx 7 2.5L. Which the other day the CEL & AT light came on causing the car to have lack of power and hard down shifts when stopping, limp mode as the mechanic called it while I had it looked at. I brought it to 3 places today to have investigated and they all couldn't find out and said I'd have to leave the car with them for an unknown amount of time or cost to investigate.
The code they pulled up was:
P0758 shift solinod b electrial
But one shop was able to pull another code which said faulty intake temp senor. But he said he had not much knowledge of that sensor.
Was just wondering if thay sensor which I've heard is part of the maf sensor can cause this and how to be sure before spending $250 on a sensor I might not need.
