WTB: VTCS solenoid for 2003 P5 (green connector on top of intake goes into it)

Wondering if anyone parting out P5 has a VTCS solenoid, its on top of intake with green connector going into it, here is photo...

The resistance between terminals on solenoid should be 22 to 26 ohms (mazda spec).

Mine is throwing a code and the resistance is 36 ohms.
