What did you think of the C/S Exhaust on your new 2.5L?
Did it move the torque peak up?

The stock torque peak is a very low 3250rpm and pulls like a diesel.
I suspect a free flowing exhaust would move torque peak up and boost high rpm HP much more so than the 2.0L.
A 0-60mph test could be interesting.

I don't really expect much for power from the bolt on itself. It probably moved the torque curve up a bit, as is expected with an intake or exhaust. It sounds way better on the 2.5 compared tot he 2.0. I should get my intake next week. Already dumped by ECU for tuning (not dynotronics that guy is bad service), and waiting for the calibration file. Personally I would rather have the torque curve a bit higher up so that I have more power available at speed. Off the line is good enough compared to he 2.0L. If I needed to tow for a while, I'd probably swap the stock exhaust back on (easy to do).

Would love to put a pair of the Hellas on mine, but, don't really want to tear the front end apart to get inside to swap out the old, and add the new one. :-/

recently I just did my fastes 0-60 so, I can say that the exhaust/intake is not hurting performance

Very, very good color-choice you did, Chris ! What is that on the motor ? Zoom Zoom ? Is that a sticker or OEM ?
Did you change the TSW wheels or did you buy new ones ?

I had the sticker laying around, it either came with my Zoom Zoom plates a long time ago, or was one of the random stickers you get when you buy something form Corksport. Same wheels.

You have a video clip of the exhaust? I have one coming for my '14 Mazda3 sGT and I'm looking at getting one for my CX-5.

Welp gonna order another one of these. stripped one of the bolts a bit when I was tightening it to factory spec. Except because I had the STB in there, the bolt closest to the inside of the car cannot be torqued to that setting because of the mounting bracket, and I sheared it a bit. It's still a little tight, but under big load it allows a small bit of play. Not a big deal really, but easy enough to replace and keep's my suspension stiff. It's only 20 buck there, I'll see what the dealer charges. KD35-34-380C So yea, basically you can torque the furthest bolt to factory, but the inside bolt will need to be torqued by hand to "tight".

Now that you have upgraded from a 2.0 to 2.5, it needs a new name. Its sort of the son of your old vehicle.
Chris's Chris_Top_Her_Son ... nah, that one has been used.
