So i have ventured over to the HIDplanet for insight, and to them it sounds like sadly it is an internal wiring issue, they think with grounding somewhere. So shop time it is for my P5, also gonna convert to real projectors and get some relay harnesses as well to prevent this from happening again hopefully.
