Jacked the car up, now it won't go into 5th unless it's standing still

I jacked the car up like an idiot, I used the part that's circled to jack the car up, which I'm assuming is the engine crossmember. Now the car won't go into 5th unless I'm standing still. And even then I have to switch into another gear and then into 5th. Once the car is moving it won't go into 5th, no grinding. Double clutching does not help. Any ideas?

Can you post a pic of exactly where you placed the jack?

That's the front cross member but the ball thing is where I jack up all the time shouldnt have messed it up any

Hmmm, i would check the shift rails, you can see them by taking the center console
