TomTom Live HD traffic not working in Denmark, Sweden and Norway

Hi,

Checking on Mazda's German website the part number GHY9-79-EZXA is a fully working NAV. It is working with all TomTom Live services including live traffic.
Checking the same part number on the Danish, Swedish or Norwegian website I find that live services won't work.

TomTom's devices work perfectly with other brands like Renault in Denmark.

Now I'm wondering.....
Why doesn't it work in Denmark for Mazda NAV NB1?
Could I just register using a German TomTom account and make it work this way?

Hi,

Did you get fixed your Navigation by any chance ?

I had just had a conversation with TomTom customer support and they mantioned that Mazda Denmark does not have agreemenet with TomTom to enable Live services.
