Spoiler.....

The spoiler comes primed then you get it gloss black... Imagine taking a drill to your nice
new shinney car (boom02) then there is the 25mm holesaw to the inside (uhm) but
in the end you get this....

how much were the HID fogs and were they easy to fit, ive got the sport with LED sides and HID main/dipped, wanting to sort out the dim looking fogs lol, im just struggling with where to put ballasts and wiring

The exhaust is taking shape now....

Flanges....


Modified one to fit the front flared pipe....


Front flared pipe...


The pair...


Front piece...


Front box ( not sorted this yet but should be about the size of the white paper )


Back pipe to 1st bend...


"S" bend & bit to get over the rear axle...




From the rear flange pair... the elbow & pipe will be made into a swept "T" ( need to work out the cross pipe size to get round the back of the wheel well )


Same view with smaller pipe.... the two rear facing pipes will then have slash cut 3" tail pipes...

Been checking out the bits on the car & measuring up.... ;)

Who's idea was it ot make a swept "T"....

So much easier cutting carboard tube.... will tackle the stainless at the weekend... hopfully :(

Yea I am hopimg so... would have been easier if I could have bought the front section from CS & put my back end on it (wink) not sure what size box to fit in the front section, same volume as the rear box or smaller or larger because of the length of pipe following it.....

Not found any good sites to give me a clue on exhaust muffler sizing - eveybody keeps saying make it without & see how it sounds to see what to put on...

P.S. Are FR&R going to stock the Cold Air Duct ?
 
Managed to cut the tube for the swept "T"





Got it welded by my mate.....






The rear flanges need orientating....


The system so far...
 
Drilled out the security screws from the connector cover on the front of the ECU....


Used the stud extractors to get them out....


Now we have access to this...


So we can read the data with this...
