Moved back to the area after being gone for 15 years. Looking for a dealer with a decent service department, that is mod friendly. Just time for oil and rotate, nothing major... But if that time comes, I'd rather already have some history there.

I usually recommend Continental, but it is not NW. I didn't have very good experiences with any of the dealers in the Waukegan, Lake Forrest area. I ended up doing my own maintenance for most everything. Come to think of it, the one in Waukegan (cant remember the name) did a good job replacing a wheel bearing. Pretty sure they are NOT mod friendly though.

Mobile One Inc in Glenview is a great shop! They're mostly VW/Audi, but they can work on anything. The owner, Jason, is a really nice guy! He's no BS and is an amazing mechanic. His techs are very capable as well; super nice and passionate for sure!
i took my p5 to oak lawn mazda when my trans went out and fearing the worst they replaced it under warranty without saying anything about anything on the car
