I am planning on bagging my P5 this winter and moving out to CA next year(I currently live in MN). Regarding the vehicle height laws, it states that no vehicle can have any part of the frame lower than the lowest part of the wheel. I'm assuming this is only while being driven and not parked? Only while drivenOr is it all the time?
Along with the headlights needing to be 22" off the ground. As before, all the time? Or just when driving?only when driven
I also noticed two other very small minor laws that I thought I would ask about.
The law states that you need to have two rear reflectors on the car. I'm assuming the stock reflectors in the tail lights work?they work, no extra stuff needed
Along with I read that you cannot drive with only your parking lights on. I'm wondering if that's true? Only could drive full lights or no lights? Yeah, driving with just parking lights on is illegal here
Thanks for any information!
P.S. If anybody can give me any advice/tips/tricks/things I should know about moving to California, let me know! Gonna be moving either around Mission Viejo/Laguna Niguel area or Thousand Oaks/Simi Valley area.Smog is a pain in the ass in Cali...and to register your car in Cali from another state is absolutely obsurd with what you have to go through. So take your time doing so!
