Cheap set of IR headphones for RES

I've been looking for a spare set of IR headphone for my RES in my 08 GT. I found these off brand ones on amazon for less than $16 and free shipping if you have prime. I was not sure if they would be compatible with my Rosen RES in my CX

I just got them in and they work perfectly. The stock Rosen ones are nicer but at $50 a pair they are a bit much to trust with my kids. These ones are not quite as nice, but a fairly comfortable and sound pretty good.

On a side note my RES may be aftermarket, I'm not sure. It certainly looks stock, but from what I have read , you were not able to get the RES in 08 if you had the sunroof. I have both and the RES looks like it came from the factory but I'm not sure. I also do not have the 110 outlet / RCA hookup in the 3rd row are that the owners manual shows. I'm not sure if that was an option or std with all RES units.

I just wanted to put this out there in case anyone else is looking for extra headsets for their RES. I also wanted to add the side note just in case you may have a different model than mine. I hate to pass along bum scoop, but if this was a great deal for me and I wanted to share.

On later model years, you can have both options.
Yes, not on my 2008 either. I went with the moonroof.
