Replaced Alternator and Battery - Still Not Charging

I've been working in battery/alternator/starter/electrical, for almost 10 years now...

I've seen your situation many of times on many diff vehicles.

ITS YOUR ALTERNATOR. No questions. you have contacts in your alternator, in my world these are brush's. These are the most common thing to go wear/short out. When these contacts get "brushed" when the pulley rotates the create amps/volts. Autozone along with O'reilys, advanced, NAPA, or any other multi state auto parts chain will all sell you junk, mass built BS alternators/starters.

Best bet is to hit up a locally owned one man show...but what do I know.
