Just Replaced my turbo to manifold (and the others needed to replace the t25 gasket). and this is what happened, stumbles horribly, really rough idle and the P0303 misfire in #3 cyilnder.

Any ideas?

I know it could be a spark plug but my vac is at -10! kinda starting to freak me out!

no wideband, but I JUST torqued everything down, its running worse than when i had my turbo c-clamped in place when the nuts fell of the turbo to manifold studs. Plus the CEL is blinking.

check the spark plugs. also check all the vac lines, one might have come loose while you were working. but it sounds like an exhaust leak to me. it seems like the noise gets a little louder when you go near the engine cover. i would pull the cover and see if you see anything that is not normal.

Im guessing its a plug too, before i did the work i would blow out black smoke if i got on it so i wasnt getting spark, but that still doesnt explain the vac prob. ill seafoam it too and see if i can spot it.

pull the plugs and check them out to see if anything is wrong. one of them might not be seated all the way. it sounds like you might not be getting spark in the 3 cylinder, so i would start at the plug and try to figure out where the prob is. plug, wire, coil. but the vac has got me puzzled, just check that all the lines are connected tightly.
