Serpentine Belt and Tensioner fix?

I think the bearings in the tensioner pully are going out on my 3s. First off, how do I release the tensioner to remove the belt? On my old GP, you just placed a crow bar between the tensioner and the lower pully and rolled the tensioner forward to relieve the tension. Is it the same on the 3.2? How hard is it to replace the tensioner or the pulley bearings? Is there a "how to" somewhere?
Thanks..

Nevermind..
Tensioner pulley go BOOM!!

Yes, while driving down the highway yesterday, the pulley failed and basically exploded.. Luckily for me, the belt didn't fly off but shifted over to the tensioner assembly and rubbed on that till I could get off the road. Needless to say, $200 later, a new pulley/ replaced both belts and the car runs fine..

BTW, if the pulley starts whining, CHANGE IT..
