NOTFAST was the plate, Red MS3, winter rims no tint on 275 South bound around 8 mile. Then less than 2 minutes later a CB MS3 on 6 mile at Haggerty.

I saw a black speed6 with tints in front of my house this morning followed by a red speed3 with tints like a minute after. both were heading south on dixie hwy
