What is the best way to get the vacuum hoses off??? I can't get them to budge at all.

buy some new vac line then just cut the old lines off. You can do your whole motor for ~$20. sorry I don't have any better advise

You can try pushing them off with like a flat head screwdriver (be careful tho) or just do what tricky said...

ah I see in your sig you already have vac line waiting to be installed just use a razor blade and slice them lengthwise along the vac barbs. You should be able to then peel them off of the fittings

That worked great. I only did one line though, it was cracked. Waiting for another day with a lot of time to do the rest.
