cold temp.'s + cold engine = i get a loud creak/squeak coming from the front end. favored to the driver's side, and it is dependent upon suspension travel. it goes away after the engine has warmed up/ driven for awhile.

i couldn't find similar threads - does anyone else experience this? it's not the cowl, and i have triple-checked for anything on/around the car. almost sounds like plastic parts colliding..?

my preliminary guess is suspension, but who knows. given that the noise goes away upon warm-up, i am not sure if it is worth a dealership visit.

would this be a variation upon ms3's being a 'forty piece orchestra' in cold weather, or should i be concerned? please give input :D

I almost thought bushings, I just thought they'd have worked enough lubricant in to still function when the car was new..

Any guess as to which bushing it might be? Or if I should bother trying to repair it? I could just find some bushings and spray them with a bit of WD-40.
