    looks like i have a new project!! that came out nice! how is it secured in place and did you insulate behind the saub at all?

    It isn't secured yet, prolly only needs some velcro. If you want one, I'll help you make one sometime this summer. However, it will take up more space if you want to install a 12". No insulation...just popped it right in. The carpet extends about 1" over the edge on all sides which keeps it from rattling.

    This is far better than the factory sub!!! Takes up less cuft in the hatch too! How often can you actually put soemthing in that little cubby on the left? Never!!! And the floor isn't raised like the factory sub.

    This was by far the easiest FG project I have done. I wouldn't mind helping anyone local with it...for a fraction of the cost of paying a shop to do it. I dunno, $50 plus supplies is pretty fair. Think about it.

    Takes to long, Hot glue be the way to go. Will easily hold in the ring and tighly in a few seconds.
