Grinding Noise

I noticed a grinding noise recently now that it has warmed up and i can roll down the windows. it happens when im in first gear and just driving slow between speed bumps in my complex. I notice it the most in my complex cause it has hills on both sides of the road so i can hear more stuff from the car.

anyone got an idea?

no its a grinding cause i can hear the tranny whine also lol.

pretty sure i found what it was. when we installed my intake mani from PG we forgot to put my heat sheild back on so i put it bck on and i think it fixed it. i didnt try listening to hard cause i wanted that to fix it.
