Miles to kilometers

I have got Mazda CX-7 Grand-Touring FWD. Staing in Europe.
Does anyone have an idea how to change miles to kilometers on odometer/trip meter?

Wait they sell the car in europe with the odometer reading in miles? That's awful! I bet it's something the car dealership can reprogram for you.

No, they do not. I purchased it in US.

Hi, were you able to get your odometer converted to km? I need to know for the same reason as you...

Talked to many specialists in my country (Ukraine). They do it for Lexus, Toyota and other brands, but not for Mazda.
Sorry for bad news.

Hi, I just bought a 2002 Mazda Protege 5 and the odometer is in kilometers, but I live in California, so I would like to change it from kilometers to miles. Does anyone know if this is possible? Thanks.

Miles to Kilometers

Hi, I just got a 2002 Mazda Protege 5 and I'm wondering how to change the odometer to read as miles instead of kilometers. I'm in California and this car is from Canada. I'm gonna register it on Monday so any help is appreciated. Thanks.
