The gear oil does not have a dipstick, and you cannot overflow it. It is supposed to be filled to the brim. There is even a diagram on the first page of the transmission section of the manual that you posted but have not even looked at. There should be a dipstick for testing the fill level. If I remember correctly, mazdas have you shift through all the gears while the car is running, then check the level.
