since im paranoid about getting exhaust leaks and gaskets r starting to get a little expensive, im wondering if theres any specific order to tightening the bolts where the block/header meet?...also, what are the torque specs for it?...

umm i would go cross way like wheels. go from outside in... thats wat my dad told me to do when iw as installin my headers.

(I tightened mine to 20ft/lbs ,from the center out . I also used a fiber gasket rather than the metal one , I have no leaks what so ever , It probably wount hurt to see if the flange to flat as welding could have warped the flange .
