AC randomly turning on and off

as title says. i'm very pissed. the lines are frozen and the air from the vents is always cold. at idle i can hear the clutch clicking on and off. i'm about to rip this s*** out of my car and chuck it against a wall, then set it on fire while pouring gasoline on it then burying it in dog s***.

i wouldn't recommend this as the refrigerant in the a/c is toxic....but i know what you mean mine does the same thing

Why don't you relax. You have a leak. The refrigerant is low and making it freeze up. The low pressure from the lack of coolant makes the A/C cycle on and off.

hmmm interesting....i would look into this but i never ue a/c any way

no hot air, no flashing light, only clickey clickey of clutch and the activation of subsequent fan. causes idle to be erratic and voltage to be low. so it's on for 2 seconds, then silent for 2 then on for another 2, etc. again, lines are frozen, my hate for the car grows.
