You can't go anymore than a 5mm on stock wheel studs. And I've run wheel spacers both ways with no problems. In fact, I've got 15mm wheel spacers on my '10 Speed3 with extended wheel studs and NO PROBLEMS whatsoever.

I replaced mine with some Akebono's. Didn't notice a difference in initial bite, and I just ran the Dragon on these pads.
