The RX8 is not really a mod friendly car in my opinion. Unless you are just going for looks and suspension mods. The engine is quirky enough stock. Get a Speed 3 and you will have to do very little to have a rocket ship, get the 8 if you enjoy an almost perfectly balanced and precise...

I rotate every 3k miles, each oil change. First set had some cupping at around 22k miles so replaced them with same, tread was ok but the noise was pretty bad. New ones are looking fine so far.
