so i got my belts replaced, and now i've noticed that when i come to a stop the rpms dip down to about 500. does that mean the belts are on too tight?

yeah, i just realized its spraying coolant out the reservoir. I'm looking at the how to replace the pulleys thread now....wonder if there is an easier way to replace belts?
