14.3 @ 97mph, 2.2 60'
Mods: SRI, lowering springs, intercooler mist, 2.5" exh. from primary catback, MBC set to 12psi, 3500' elevation, 18psi in the front tires
Like 03MSPRO, my last car was a high-revving Honda...97 ITR w some bolt-ons. The only thing I miss is the 8600 redline, but I forget about the ITR as soon as the turbo spools:D
SRI, intercooler mist, Progress springs, 2.5" straight through exhaust from primary catback, MBC set to 12psi, 25psi in front tires at the track....I guess if I left more air in my fronts I'd be hitting a better mph. That time was with a 2.2 60'
So am I supposed to run 4 separate wires from the ECU to the single avc-r injector lead?? I don't even know how well this 1st gen avc-r will work on the MSP :(
My best ET/mph to date: 14.3/97 at 3500' elevation in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and my mods cost me about $300CD :D
I'm hoping to get it under 14sec/closer to 100mph next summer with another $500-$1000CD :)
Thanks jred321, that's exactly what I was looking for. Now I have to figure out which wire to connect the avc-r injector signal lead to...The no. 1 injector?? I guess older ECU's only had 1 injector signal wire in the harness instead of 4:confused:
Can anyone direct me to where I could find the MSP ECU diagram? I'm trying to install a 1st gen AVC-R but the manuals on the net only list the 1996 Eunos for the newest Mazda ECU diagram :(
TIA
That looks way better than both my intakes: SRI=ruber intake 90deg. elbow from a V6 Sonata and CAI=SRI from my ITR mated to 1/2 an AE86 rubber intake. Ghetto the the max:D
