it was a 30 minute fix that took 1.5 hours because of stubborn bolts (and one broken one). It's just in a tight spot under the intake manifold. If it doesn't click, check the relay, wire connections and the clutch switch before replacing the starter. It could save a lot of time and about $130...

I thought about that, but watching my standard boost gauge it only peaks at 8.5-9 psi. I can't imagine a spike like that would sneak by. Anyway, I used the gauge on my tires afterwards and got a spike to 42 PSI (another 10 PSI over reading) the first time I used it, then it registered the...
