Update: Lock surround and Dead Pedal SOLD. As far as the ring install, CTt3P5 nailed it. A stubby screw driver helps a lot to pull the screws out of the surround, and then just carefully pop the tabs. I pulled my entire cluster when I put them in, but didnt have any issues when I pulled them...

Where are the bulbs from? Do you have a color temp on them?

What brand is that hub? OEM?

Try and swap the ballasts (or bulbs) from one side to the other and see if the problem moves. Could be a bad bulb.

I dunno man. Thats a lot of stuff to change at once, and sounds like you have a lot of customization there that might hinder any "easy" trouble shooting. Do you have another wire you can try for cylinder 1? I know its new, but that doesnt mean it isnt bad.

Pull your passenger tire off, and then pull the inner fender liner. There is a small drain that drains out the cowl from in front of the windshield. That gets plugged with all sorts of crud that falls on your car, and then in heavy rains, it fills up and drenches the interior. Or at least...

Did you get the misfire before or after the conversion? How is your intake hose? I only ask because I just got a misfire on my Cyl 4, and I did a coil/wire swap, but it came back. Turns out my intake hose was cracked, letting in air after the MAF.

Do the procedure again, but after you tighten the pads up against the rotor, only loosen it 1/3 of a turn. The pads will drag some, but they should be good to go then.
