My dealer replaced the whole thing - so I guess it was a matter not fixed by simply tightening the bolt... So it might be a good idea to let them take care of it, if for nothing else, to let them have the liability.

Just for comparison sake, I just bought my '08 MS3 with 13k miles for $17.2k from a dealer. I have to agree with others that your mileage is too high for the price (or vise versa).

The muffler is almost right in the middle of the car, so it's hard to see, but it looks like it has a mazdaspeed logo on it.

Can you be more specific about what nut you're talking about? On the orange line - it must be a camera bug or something. I saw that too and had to go out to make sure it wasn't on the car.
