Ive never looked closely at the part your talking about but I do know what part your talking about. Is there some sort of machined flat on it that the regular Protege motor doesnt have? If theres no machined flat, just drill and tap it yourself.

Where can I find this write up? Top of my head this sounds like the same thing I did to my 240. Ive kept any real hardcore research on motor mods to a minimum on the MSP so I dont get tempted. (hahaspit) But my patience is wearing thin and Im feeling the need to start mods and a new motor...

Someone covered this a while back and IIRC it was 1 complete turn per .5 PSI. There is a post here about it and I think the guy was an MSP tech.
