Okay, drilled out the non-fouler so the O2 sensor isn't jammed in there so tightly. Got the CEL again, ran the code and now it's only running a P0140 which means I need a new O2 sensor.

How to cure Cel/Mil from removing cat with Non-Fouler

I ran the codes and I'm now getting P0140 and P0037, it was P0421 before I installed the non-fouler. So now it looks like the tight fitting non-fouler might causing an error or there's a wiring problem.

The non-fouler trick to fix P0421, for noobs, by a noob

I ran the codes and it's showing P0140 and P0037, so circuit low and no activity detected. Could this be caused by the tight fit in the non-fouler?
