I've got the Greddy Type-S on the hot side... Its ok, kinda quiet though. I need help with pipes to move it to the cold side.

I figured this would be faster. I don't get off work till 630pm and I was going to pick some up on the way home n put them in, before it gets dark out.

yea its a small 15amp fuse right next the fuse box under the hood. Easiest way to find it is to look at the battery, follow the positive side wire down until u see a little black fuse holder with (15) stamped on the cap. thats the one

Does the hks bov sound better than the greddy bov on the HOT side? ANYONE?

Is it normal for my boost guage to sit in vacume when idleing or should it idle at zero?(uhm)

U might be right dude. Does anyone kno for sure if the HKS is BETTER than the GREDDY type-s on the HOTPIPE? (uhm) I also heard that having a bov on the hot side is bad for the turbo and the motor, and it fries the rings. Is this true? (uhm)

bov problems It's on the softest setting, i cant put it any softer....I'm just running the bov i took the bpv off. So u have a greddy type-s on ure cold side? Hows it working? Is it loud?

Hey guys i just installed a Hotpipe and Greddy Type-S BOV on my 3.5 msp. The cars boosting and performing perfect but the bov is so so so quiet i can barely hear it out of 1st and 2nd gear. Why is it so quiet? Any help is much appreciated.

Huh All i kno, is that I've got my bov on the hotpipe. I didn't relocate the maf or anything and my car isn't stalling or anything.

I'm jealous! I just installed a Greddy type-s bov and hotpipe, today. The car is running, idling, and performing, and boosting fine at about 9psi but the damn valve isn't very loud (bang). It's a little turkey but very very soft. Is the HKS loud? What do u thinks going on with mine?

alarm Ok i cliped both these wires....nothing changed.
