Drivers front brake caliper locked up on the way to work this morning. This is the third one (on different corners) in 8k miles, second in 2k. Bad luck, or am I pushing some crap into the system that's just migrating to a new spot to cause trouble?

I need to take a look at mine, they're squealing, but I know the Hawk pads I put in don't have wear indicators. Were a bit of a tight fit on the bracket, I think they might be expanding under heat load and just need some fresh grease/a bit of sand paper to make them fit better. The odd...

Had a little time to tighten the PS belt hoping to cure my terrible belt squeal. Didn't. Must be alt belt, but it only squeals when car is cold and outside temps are below 40 or so. Really need to change suspension bushings, front and rear. Like the rest of you, she's being quite noisy lately.

Got a quick question. Put in an HID kit a couple years ago, now the pass light flickers when I turn them on, driver side is fine. I played with one of the contacts and cleaned it up, but again, only flickering, it doesn't stay on. I'm thinking the ballast is dead, that sound right?

I was considering the idea for a while, and then I took a ride with a buddy who has one in his miata. Yeah, those are no fun when daily driving.

I saw another forum member mention using a little squirt of hair spray when putting the line on to help ensure a seal and to make it stick. That plus a tiny zip tie has worked well for me.

That corner is still warmer than others after the morning commute. Anyone have any ideas? Help!
