About a year ago my wife's 2010 developed a noise in the AC blower. We thought it was a leaf caught in the blower blades. She ended up taking it to the dealer and they found that some of the blower blades were broken. Had to replace the blower fan. Hope this helps you.

This weekend I attended the Houston Auto Show. Ford was introducing the new designed Fusion. I noticed that it looked a lot like what the newly designed Mazda 6 is proposed to be. Does anyone know if Ford and Mazda are sharing designs and other technology or did Ford just happen to come up...
