Im having the same issue, i did swap the ecu and mtx cluster, it gets power, turn signals work on the cluster, but no working gauges

I did a atx to mtx swap, i have everything working and running great except the instrument cluster wont work, turn signals work, theres power to the cluster but none of the gauges are working, any suggestions?

I have my car running good, now i have to figure out a way to make the instrument cluster work, i have tried both auto and manual clusters....help me figure it out...lol

I think i may have cut out the wrong connecter for the clutch cut switch, it fits on the sensor fine, it has two heavy gauge black wires on it which is the wrong color according to the diagram i have.....maybe when i connect that up my clutch switch will work as well

Thats what i basically did, altho i just spliced into the harness about 4 inches from the ecu

I doubt it, the parts car I had ran and drove good.....I'm thinking maybe I need to wire it up close to the ignition switch instead of near the ecu

So I have my car running, but I still can't get past my clutch switch....

I have to splice into the main harness because cars that have the tiptronic auto don't have provisions for the clutch switches

I'm not sure what's going on, I'm not hearing the fuel pump kick on either...

I already have the 5 speed ecu and harness

Man I still can't get her going.....I'm stumped.....nd have 3 more days to get it fixed before the city tows it off...

So what do I do? I have swapped the starter harness, engine harness and the ecu

So I have been trying to get my p5 to turn over, I did a 5 speed swap on a Tiptronic auto car, I have everything done but the wiring, I tried to splice the clutch switch into the wire running into pin 6, but no luck yet, I'm not sure I have the correct pin on the wire harness, also another...
