i put new 8k hid lights and need to adjust the prpoperly can somebody help me out with this any mazda 3's out thier from nj trying to meet people and go to club meets hit me up peoples

I recently bought the 96 protege in my pic! It is front wheel drive, but I want awful!! Is there anybody with the knowledge of helping me out?
The car has a big turbo, fully built!! Has big injectors, roller rocker, pistons, etch.

I will be going 60 Mohammed, and when I get on it, my tires spin!
