Rear Window

I noticed yesterday when I was washing my car, that my back window has spots all over it. It looks sort of like spots from a bad tinting job, but not bubbles. As far as I know, the window was never tinted either. It's kind of hard to explain, but if this has happened to someone else, you'd knoww hat I mean. Anyone else seen this?

I have seen it its how the sunlight hits the back window and I believe its in the glass. Its normal the front windshield will do it too.
