unpluggin the VCTS solenoid [Archive]

Anybody know show safe it is to unplug the VCTS solenoid to stop the cold start rattle??? and how to do this?? Thanks all!

i just saw a thread about this somewhere....try searching for "VCTS". i believe it was deemed safe because it didn't affect anything else...
