I'm looking to spend around 500-600 on my 03.5 msp. I've lowered it with Goldline springs and have a different set of wheels so far. I am thinking about a injen or aem cai but am not sure if that's the way to go. I'd like to possibly upgrade the exhaust but I wouldn't want it to to be real loud or sound like every other civic with an exhaust on it (not dissing civic's in anyway recently had one!). Just a real good tone. Also thinking about a blow off valve and if that is possible with the msp. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Blow off is possible, but you might have to move the Mass Air to the Positive Pressure side of the turbo close to the Throttle Body to prevent stalling...

go with the exhaust, there's a thread with a bunch of different after market exhaust's with sound/video clips to check out. plus our cars respone VERY well to an upgraded exhaust. It's definately going to be my first mod and it's worth the money.

I'm in the same boat. the wife wants me to keep the warranty. the dealer can't do much about an after market exhaust. i.e. they can't link it to causing other motor problems.

I say go exhuast cutout. You have a switch..and you can turn the car..from stock..into hella loud & quick...
