I've been helping out some with this event, and I'm just wondering what's taking you guys so long to register and pay... my Miata and RX boys are chomping at the bit, and are signing up in droves for the track day... we really need to get a lot more Proteges, 3's and 6's signed up ASAP... this event is starting to take off!! Don't miss it... or you'll be sorry; like many were for missing out on the AMTD at Laguna last year!!! This deal is going to be a blast...

hey so if i'm reading the info on mazdafest right, only 70 cars will be allowed on track (the 1st 70 registrants, that is)? having never been to any kind of track day before, i'm wondering how this all works...is it worth it to go if i'm not going to get to drive on the track at all- that kind of stuff.

There is a car show that you can enter in. There will be a ton of venders there as well.

Example: KARTBOY was there last year and doing some really nice deals that were only event deals.

From what I've been told there are going to be even more vendors this year.

So if you don't want to drive come and show or just come and watch. You will be able to put names and faces with screen names too.

There are ONLY 70 Spots available for the track portion of the event so if you would like to drive at the event sign up and pay ASAP, because spots are REALLY filling up with the Miata and Rotary guys!!!

I had a blast at ProtegeFest last year. I thought it was nicely put together. Hip hip hurray for Steph. Even with a felllow Mazdasports guy blowing his tranny on the track all of us from Arizona had a great time.

Can't wait to go this year. I allready have the vacation time off from work. Now if the stupid IRS would send me my refund so I can sign up for the track. Its funny how the IRS is in such a big hurry when you owe them money but take their sweet time when they owe you money.
