Hot damn its gone, I finally killed it. After 2 new O2 sensors, 2 MIL eliminators(Pony Express Performance), 1 do it yourself MIL eliminator, hours of searching this site, other sites, and the web and bugging every mechanic I could, its dead! I t has been a year since I put on the AWR header and I have had a CEL almost that whole time! Anyway I used the mechanical CEL fix. 2 18mm spark plug anti-foulers, 1 of which drilled out with a 1/2" drill bit, screw the two together, screw them into the second O2 bung, screw in the O2 sensor without an MIL eliminator on it, clear the codes and voila! No CEL! Badda boom badda bing damn Im freakin happy, you have no idea how nice it is to drive without that frickin yellow light always on. Whoo hoo! Of course I am paranoid that it will come back on, but always in the past after clearing the code and then shutting off the car it would always come back on, the car has been turned on and off 3 times and driven about 20 miles so far without CEL. Next goal go one tank of gas without a cel, then a 1000 miles, if it holds out for that long I know I will have truly solved it. Thanks to all who helped including the subaru forums. Peace out y'all!
