stock mp3 front bumper from dealer.. help

I'm trying to get a stock mp3 front bumper from the dealership.. and I called and they said I need a VIN number. I don't really know why, but I can't give them my MSP VIN because I'd probably pay extra for that little splitter thing at the bottom and I don't need that part since I'm getting an autoexe lip. Any thoughts/ideas?

I have one with the splitter removed, a little damaged with scratches, but I'll sell it. If interested, PM me and I'll get some pics, it's blue.

P.S. My mom and grandparents are from Keyport.

Well it's getting repainted so scratches shouldn't matter. Shipping might be expensive from florida so I don't know what to offer.. and I have yet to get a price from the dealership because I need a VIN number or something.

I'll try get some pics up tonight or tommorow night. I'll look around the boards to try to find a fair price, but was thinking around $100 + shipping, I bought a newly repainted one last year from someone else on the boards for more. I'll PM you.

I got a price of $194 from the dealer unpainted. So unless yours comes with the fogs.. it might be easier for me to do that.
