MSP in modified mag

Has any one seen The spicy orange MSP on page 152 of this months modified mag? Ive seen this car some where on the forums before it looks pretty nice except the fender flares.

IMO, the WW flares are crappy. they don't even look like flares...they look more like just some gimmicky non-functional add-ons (they won't let him use wider rubber)

I like the hood too, although i would just paint the outsides of it orange and leave the center carbon fiber, as for the body kit, I hate that one those stupid little wings have got to go. I will just stick with the stock kit, its good enough for me. And besides I would rather spend my money making the car run right and the motor stronger so it doesn't go boom. Besides what good is a car that looks fast if you can't back it up!!!! O yea and the wing sux too!!

I took some pics and will post them as soon as I find them. Also the guy had his interior doors made of carbon fiber. Looked sick imo.

i saw that mag last night but forgot to say anything abt it here. I was at walmart and had to recheck if it was MSP..looks really nice..its on the front cover of the modified mag..maybe if you go to the site its there.. www.modified.com (http://www.modified.com) later.

My only complaint with the car is that he did things to be able to say he did them... If you read on his jade page, you start to get the picture that he put a larger turbo on it, so he could say he had a larger turbo on it, (he still has no EM were aware of). He put big brakes on it to say he had big brakes, and not because he actually would use them. And I agree he probably is running wider rubber, but with a 19" rim, what the hell is the point?

It his car, I respect his opinion, and the body kit, well, it could be worse. Overall I just dont like that the entire pourpose of his car is to sit in a parking lot which defeats the actual pourpose of a mazdaspeed.

dudes its not the fact that its modded i love seeing moded MSPs but when you just buy every single part and throw it on...you can tell...you can tell the goals of the owner and the amount of true thought that went into it. maybe its just me, but id rather see one small thing never done before rather than 50,000 aftermarket parts everyone has.

Looks like they messed up an MSP to me. Only the hood looks good and it would look better painted orange. Wheels over 18in are too big for this car.

There are pics posted in the beginning of this thread. I do agree the 19's are ridiculous they are for show they serve absolutely no handling purpose as well as they actually slow your low end down. Like what was said before he just bought parts to say he has them. And there is no good in just buying parts, you need to buy the right parts that will all flow together. I mean as I read he has no engine managment with the bigger turbo, well that does absolutely nothing so what he has more boost, well where is the fuel to go with it. These are the kind of guys I despise "aftermarket queens" don't just buy parts buy the right ones. Oh and I still think the little wings on the body kit are ridiculous.

yea its some kids car that daddy paid for every mod on the that car. I think he wrecked it or something... But yea i saw it several times since hes outta orlando and saw it at hin in miami. Tried to speak with the kid and he was to good to talk about his riced out car, his dad kinda had a general idea.

I've seen this car in person before... not that great. It was painted at the same shop I got my dg stuff painted at... I have an old pic of it somewhere w/some buddy club 2 stuff on it looking like shit because it wasn't fitted at all. The interior of that car has waaaay too much cf (imagine matthew x20!), and his back seats are nitros tanks. It's a show car for sure... but still.
