I've been running PIAA Ion Crystals for nearly two years. Put off a nice strong amber/yellow light.

no problem. I also have my fogs rewired to turn on with the parking lights and runs these as daytime lighting. So they should hold up for a long time.

I also have the Piaa ions for about 1.5 years, and I too use them as DRL's pretty often... They have a cool look. The closer to the ground or the farther away from the car you are, the more yellow they get But going from standing to kneeling, they go from like blue to green to yellow...
Out of curiousity, what are you going to do with the overlays?

Is it hard to replace the fog bulbs? I have a new set coming in the mail.

im rippin em off, they actually started ripping due to some bubbles i couldnt get out during application, so thats why i decided to go with yellow bulbs instead, plus with an all yellow car, it needs some contrast in the lower bumper

not really, i couldn't get the harness off the fog light and it still had enough slack for me to do it. took about 20 minutes.

Their used but this is good, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7952395289
And new there is cardomain.com - http://search.cardomain.com/cgi-bin/MsmGo.exe?grab_id=141&EXTRA_ARG=&CFGNAME=MssFind%2Ecfg&host_id=42&page_id=8070144&query=piaa+ion&hiword=PIAAS+piaa+ion+
I like them cause if you can find a cheaper price they'll match it and knock off 5%.
I'm with you ZoomZoom03. I don't like the yellow fog covers, but I do like the yellow light. And also would this light make the lights look like the IS300 fog lights? I love how they are so bright.

I got mine here:
http://www.optauto.com/index.htm?parentid=346&deptid=11966
and since they are cheaper than the site azeli73 mentioned, maybe you should go with his and get the 5% off...
But these guys were fast. I Ordered Monday afternoon, and the bulbs were at my office Wednesday morning...
