Outlaw Engineering Phenolic Spacers - www.outlawengineering.com
They calim to give 3-5% hp increase with 10-12 peak tq increase.
I only wish I had a dyno to do before/after numbers on.
But for only $100, they're worth a shot.
Anyhow I think they're pretty neat, and I plan to do a full write-up on the install.
I'll keep you all updated.

Depending on the weather I may get to it this weekend. I'll have my brother there to hand me tools and take pics.

Turfburn or NSNMotorsports did a how-to. Try a search, it's around here somwehere. I think someone else also did a howto on removal of the intake manifold or something.
I got these spacers on my car, but it looks like they changed out the gaskets in this kit. The ones you have look so fancy, with the red lines and whatnot. I got some shitty paper ones(looks like they kept the TB gaskets that way) that I managed to tear BOTH of. I ended up using some silicone gasket sealant and ditching the paper gaskets. I wish I had those nice gaskets, cause I still think I might have a small vacuum leak going on.

Oh, and YES, installation is a bitch and a half. It was for me anyways.

Honestly I don't know because I modified my intake manifold at the same time. I didn't dyno it either. Meh.
How many licks does it take to get to the center of a toostie pop?
The world may never know.
